Hope you all had a great week last week! I finally had a chance to attend the Freddie Awards (this year in Jersey City) on Thursday night. That meant a quick trip from Europe to NYC Thursday and then back to Europe on Friday! Thankfully, my Aegean miles came in very handy and I got some comfortable seats both ways (though my seat going to NY was the better one!). Delta and United did not come close to winning any of the awards – big surprise.

That’s it for this week! Today is a holiday around much of Europe so everyone was hitting the picnic areas to relax. Kind of nice – but not if you were visiting those places that were honoring the holiday and you were hoping to get a regular day of touring in! 🙂
