This was one of the lightest weeks of posting I have had in a while – just one of those weeks. I had a big training day on Monday and had a bunch of other things to do throughout the week. But, I promise it will pick up this week! For the next two weeks, I will be a featured blogger on the Boarding Area home page. That means that you will see my posts last a little longer at the top than normal.
Stay tuned this week also for a nice giveaway to celebrate a big milestone here on the blog!
With the addition of a new partner to the SPG airline transfer program, this post looks at which program is best to transfer to these airlines.
United has put another geographic region on sale for miles. Take advantage of this opportunity to save some of your valuable United miles.
Expired This deal was a great chance to get to Europe on a sale fare for $500 per person. If you missed out on it this time, don’t worry – it does come around from time to time and you should have another shot! Thank Emirates for this one. 🙂
While a lot of the conversation on the blog has to do with airlines and hotels, rental cars are also an important part of travel. I like to control my travels while on the road so rental cars are valuable for me. This promo is simply a great rental car deal to get free rental days for the future!
These deals are still available and are for two pieces of gear that I use every day. The Bose earphones work great for both travel and running and the MacBook is the thinnest Mac ever yet still retaining mobile computing power. I love mine!
According to a survey recently out, credit card consumers are redeeming more from rewards than they did before. This survey also had a reshuffle on what the participants thought was the best issuer. See what you think and share your comments.
Some of these gift cards are still on sale so check them out!
Make sure you check in this week as we have a lot that will be happening! Not only will this blog be a featured blog, but it is now only 2 weeks away from the big event of the year for me – 6 marathons on 6 continents in 4.5 days! Be sure to follow along and please consider donating to the Wounded Warrior Project as they are the charity for this event.
