Welcome back to our Sunday Summary Series where we review the stories that were covered throughout the week.
Sunday Summary
Singapore Airlines Suites Review
I finally got to my review on the legendary Singapore Airlines Suites class. Read the review for the details and photos but I will say this – it is my favorite first class product that I have flown this year (I have flown 5 different international first class products so far this year). Save those Amex points!
Marathon Challenge – Update #1
Just a weekly review on my upcoming marathon challenge. I am running the Iceland Marathon in a mere 4 weeks and the challenge is referencing the time I had to train and the travel with miles and points. It should be a good event and I am looking forward to it!
Best Flight Option for the Chicago Marathon
If you live within 650 flight miles of Chicago, you need to read this post! It will outline the cheapest possible way to fly to Chicago for the marathon on points. You will be very surprised!
Best Credit Cards for Domestic Award Travel – Part 1
I began a 2 part mini series on my take on what the best credit cards are for domestic award travel. You may be surprised at my take on card #1!
RwM Interview with DC Rainmaker
This week I posted my interview with the legendary DC Rainmaker. His blog is the final answer on reviews of many aspects of sports technology – especially GPS tracking devices. It was really neat to get a little look into his training, racing, and writing.
Best Credit Cards for Domestic Award Travel – Part 2
This was the second and last post of the mini series on the best credit cards for domestic award travel. My pick for number 2 is not one of the conventional mile cards but is a strong card for domestic travel and one that should be in your wallet!
Saturday Reader Races
Now that training for fall marathons is in full swing and the marathons are starting up again soon, I am going to start a weekly post on showing how many different Running with Miles’ readers are running the various races/marathons around the country and the world.
