  • Please don’t recommend Rocketmiles. They are a scam that charges 50-69% above hotel rates and offers extremely generous rewards from miles to Amazon gift cards to disguise the ripoff pricing. This is NOT a discount travel site by any means. Check out Trip Advisor. I was overcharged 57% on my hotel last week. When I called to complain their response was flippant that they don’t claim to be a discount travel site. However every post I see about them seems to indicate that you get a great deal using Rocketmiles. That is certainly NOT the case. One customer on TA said he paid $1500 for a hotel stay that should have been $1000 and he received a reward valued at $250. So he paid $500for a $250 reward. Mine wasn’t as bad. I paid $61 for a $55 gift card however $30 was supposed to be a bonus for my first (and only) booking with them. Please warn your readers to steer clear of this company. It is a scam.
