If you have a flight affected by the various scheduling issues going on, you know – the airline phone lines are getting slammed! Unfortunately, most of the airlines (while offering waivers) require customers to call in to change flights and it is becoming an intense task. Fortunately, Aegean Airlines is now letting customers change their flights online!

I had to call yesterday about a flight change with Aegean Airlines and I was on hold for 25 minutes. While not as long as I spent with Chase Travel, it was still just one more thing that was consuming portions of my day.

Fortunately, Aegean Airlines will not let customers make those free changes online. Aegean has updated their policy and provided a FAQ page to help customers out. Check that out here.
Note: If the ticket has been booked by a travel agent then you have to contact them for rebookings.
It is only the GoLight fares that actually have the rebooking fees anyway but it is still a nice update for any people traveling with Aegean who feel that their plans should change.
