Earlier this week, I wrote about the week 1 preview of the Daily Getaways. Now, they have released weeks 2 and 3 so you can get a look at what is coming and what you are most interested in.
Daily Getaways Weeks 2 and 3 Revealed
This year, the Daily Getaways will run for 3 weeks, from April 15 up until May 3. These are discounted travel deals and one of the great things about buying hotel points like this is that it doesn’t count towards your annual cap on purchases. So, even though they may be the same prices as when they are sold on sale from the hotel itself, buying them with Daily Getaways means you can still buy more if you need to from the hotel during the year.

By far, the most popular of all the deals are the World of Hyatt points, since they are cheaper here than ever. But, with a total of 24 packages across the three packages, good luck with that!
I will have some posts on some of the best deals as we go through these 2.5 weeks. For sure, these are not as good as they used to be, especially since they used to last for 5 weeks. I really miss the car rental deals! 🙂
If you aren’t one for Las Vegas then the pickings are pretty slim. Not like the good ‘ol days.
Unfortunately I will still have to buy Choice points as much as I can. A recent massive devaluation of the points for my uses has led to me running down balances faster than before even as I can still turn 55k points into getting around at least $450-1300 of hotel room nights for my typical bookings.
