If you do not run in sunglasses, then you are missing out! Even when the sun is not blinding, having sunglasses is still very helpful if you run on busy roads. Around here, the trucks can kick up some debris on the road and I have had a few things bounce off of my glasses. It would have been my eyes otherwise!
