There is another Southwest Airlines Air Sale – this time it is the LUV is in the Air Sale (for which holiday, do you think?). The following sale prices are based on non-stop tickets:
- $49 – 0 – 500 miles
- $89 – 501 – 1000 miles
- $119 – 1001 – 1500 miles
- $149 – 1501 miles and up
If you are in one of the Southwest / Airtran hub airports, this sale could be great for you. If you want to go to one of those cities, this deal is great for you as well. Depending on your desired itinerary, there may be other good deals with this as well. These fares must be booked by 11:59PM local time tomorrow (2/7/2013). One of the great things about Southwest points is that they are tied to the revenue price of a ticket. In other words, you can get a great deal on using points for a deal like this because of the low price. If you would rather not use cash for a trip, you can transfer Southwest Rapid Reward points from Chase Ultimate Rewards at a 1:1 ratio.

The above itinerary would have cost $95, instead you can use 4,500 Rapid Reward points to get better than 2 cents per point redemption.
