A new Amex Offer was loaded today on several of my cards (so it is targeted) but if you have it, you likely need just one anyway for yourself. Using this offer, you can have a free Sam’s Club membership and even get a $10 gift card if you do it after Monday!
Free Sam’s Club Membership
Getting the Offer
Log in to your American Express account and scroll down to the bottom. You will see Amex Offers For You. Select it and add the offer you want to your card. Make sure you make note of which card you save it to.
To maximize it, add the offer to separate cards, simply login to your American Express account and then choose to duplicate the tab (if using Google Chrome) as many times as you have cards. Once they are all open, select a different Amex card in each tab and select to save the offer to the card.
Make sure you save these offers as soon as you can – using the tip above to maximize – as they are limited enrollment and when they are gone, they are gone! Even if they disappear, as long as you have saved the offer, you are all set.
Free Sam’s Club Membership
- Spend $45 or more on a new membership, get $45 back
- Expires 9/30/2016
- Valid in-store only
- Targeted (but on all my cards but one)
Here are the some details about this offer:
Enrollment is limited. Valid only on a new Sam’s Club Membership (Savings, Business or Plus) purchased in-Club at a Sam’s Club location in the 50 U.S. states and not valid on memberships purchased online or by phone. Not valid on membership renewals, upgrades, add-ons or additional membership or any purchase of Sam’s Club Gift of Membership or Prepaid Sam’s Savings Membership. Must add offer to Card and use same Card to redeem.
Bonus Deal ($10 Gift Card)
This is not a part of the Amex Offer but a great deal if you take advantage of it. Per this thread on Slickdeals, if you go to this Sam’s Club page and enter your e-mail, you will receive a voucher to take into the club to get a $10 gift card. If you are going to do it anyway, take a quick second to get a free gift card!
I always loved shopping at Sam’s Club, mostly for the open box specials they used to have. They still have some so it could still be a nice little resale opportunity if you want to generate some extra miles and points on spending.
