This past weekend, I held a giveaway for National Emerald Executive status. National has become my go-to car rental agency, primarily because of the choice that is available to me when I pick up a car. Because I enjoy them so much, I wanted to give one reader the chance to try them out as well.

Here is a tip to go along with this post – if you rent often from a car rental agency (a particular office), take note of what they end up giving or what they have in the lot. We have had this happen many times in our family that a local branch did not have any Premium class vehicles. But, the agency’s website would continue to let you reserve a Premium vehicle. Then, when you showed up, they ended up giving a Luxury class vehicle because the reserved car was not available. It did not hurt that the price on the Premium cars was only a little more than a full-size. 🙂
