A Couple of Ideas
If you have wanted the Garmin Fenix 5 Plus series, this could be a big help as there are many reputable dealers on eBay that are selling these new. This would chop $100 off all of those new models.
Another idea is the iPad Pro 10.5 inch models. These will be replaced next month or in October with a new model but these are still ridiculously fast and convenient! I have used them before to do blog posts on, edit photos, and a ton of other things that I used to only do on a real computer.

You can throw a Google Fi sim card in one of those and have data for your tablet anywhere around the world on the cheap!
