Analysis
It is a shame that they have restricted it to only Las Vegas properties but if you are headed there sometime this year, at least you will be able to save up to 20%. I have been in Las Vegas a few times and, depending on when you are there, hotels can be very cheap. Of course, you deal with the resort fee/perk fee/whatever-they-decide-to-call-it fee (so you can have toilet paper and other essentials! just kidding! ) but the nice part is this offer works on all rate and room charges. So, if you charge things like food (which can also be a great deal) to your room, you are good to go!
This Amex Offer helps to lessen the pain of those resort fees so you may decide to stop at a Caesars hotel next time you are there as a result.
