Packages To Consider
Of everything on this list, I would give strong consideration to the 1 night at a Wyndham hotel. That is because it is actually 15,000 points which can be used for more than 1 night. You could use them for Go Fast nights which require a cash component and 3,000 points to secure some really awesome deals. Read all about this option here.
The IHG deals could be good if you want the points now and do not want to deal around with the other methods to obtain them. With a new IHG PointsBreak list around the corner, it could be a good time to snag the 15,000 points since that would give you 3 nights at these hotels for only $30 per night.
Finally, I would look into the Omni hotel deals if the properties will work for where you may be going. I stayed in one years ago in Richmond (available in the $245 package) for the Richmond Marathon as it was the host hotel. I am not sure if you could use this package for that weekend but that would make an awesome redemption! Nothing like walking from your room to the starting line in under 3 minutes!
