Most mid-tier and up hotels have suites that are typically not available via public websites. Some of them may advertise their “Presidential Suites” (which can be really nice – and some even can be booked with points!) for the public to book but the very high end, luxury hotels have those special suites offline with prices that are very, very high.

According to Bloomberg, this particular hotel suite is the most expensive hotel suite in American with a cost of $75,000 per night! It is located within the Mark Hotel in Manhattan and is the Penthouse Suite that occupies both the 16th and 17th floors of the building. It has only recently became available to people wanting to reserve it as a hotel suite. This is due to the fact that since their renovation in 2009, people have been renting it out as an apartment (one family even rented it for a 16 month period!). Now, it is back in the hotel inventory and available to host guests.
Here is what this most expensive suite in America has to offer:
- 10,000 square foot interior
- 5 bedrooms
- 4 fireplaces
- 6 bathrooms
- 2 wet bars
The living room is said to be large enough to be converted into a grand ballroom, complete with 26 foot ceilings! Plus, for those guests that want to take advantage of the 17th floor height to check out the city, there is a 2,500 square foot terrace with views of, what else, Central Park.
Of course, it has its own YouTube video to describe just how luxurious it really is.
