If you are not targeted for the 70,000 mile offer, you may receive the 50,000 mile offer + 5,000 miles for adding an authorized user. Since I was not targeted on the 70,000 mile offer, I do not know if the 5,000 mile offer for an authorized user was on that offer as well.

Finally, you may receive nothing more than the basic 30,000 mile offer. If you do not need the card right now, I would not get it unless you were targeted for the 70,000 mile offer. If you received that but have already applied for the card, you can message Chase through their system in your account and ask to be matched to it. You will need to meet the $3,000 in spending and you will have needed to have received the card in the last 90 days.
Also, you could try to go ahead and match to it even if you weren’t targeted. The worst they can say is no so give it a try! I would imagine this offer will soon be opened for all at some point this week so keep checking back for it!
Summary
This 70,000 mile offer for the United MileagePlus Explorer card is the best ever on it. Yes, you will need to pay the annual fee but the offer itself is a strong one. If you are able to get more Chase cards and were targeted, I would say to go ahead and get this card. 70,000 United miles can take you to a lot of places!
