Southwest Sale Details:

  • 21-day advance purchase required.
  • Purchase from December 5 through December 18, 2023 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
  • Continental U.S. travel valid January 3 through May 22, 2024. Travel to/from Hawaii, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and international valid January 9 through May 22, 2024.
  • Travel continental U.S. to international, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii blacked out March 12 through March 27, 2024.
    • Travel continental U.S. from international, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii blacked out January 16, February 27 through February 28, and March 19 through April 3, 2024.

This sale has quite a span of time, covering winter travel and spring travel! This is a good time to check and see what things look like for any upcoming travel plans.

Check Your Already-Booked Reservations For Price Difference

So, now is the time to search for your tickets within this sale and see if you have a better price available now than when you had booked it. If the price has dropped, you simply select to change the flight and look at the same dates and flights again. Once you go through and confirm, you will receive a refund of the difference in miles and the cash for the taxes will be transferred for the new ticket.
