A new month often means new Amex Offers which are a great way to save money or earn big bonus points on purchases you may already be making! Here are some of the new offers that caught my eye today.
New Amex Offers for April
What Are Amex Offers?
Amex Offers are a feature of cards from American Express. When you login to your Amex account, simply scroll down past your recent transaction history to see the Amex Offers & Benefits. There will be up to 100 visible.
Simply scroll down through and click Activate Offer for any Amex Offer that sounds like something you want to use. Check which card you are on (if you have multiple Amex cards) in the top right corner of your screen! Whichever card you save the offer to is the card you need to use to activate that offer – and you can only save an offer one time!
It will be saved to that card and now when you use that card to fulfill the terms of the Amex Offer, you will get a statement credit for the stated amount shortly to your card! Remember that you must go to the retailer’s website directly to get the offer to activate, you cannot buy something like Oakleys through a different retailer and hope to get the credit.

Best Buy
This offer is available for quite a while which means you just need to think about saving it now to the card that will be the one you want to use at Best Buy. You can use this to earn up to 5,000 Membership Reward points – on top of the points you already earn with whichever card you save this to (a great card is the Blue Business card that earns 2x points on every dollar spent).

Hilton Hotels
If you have any stays at the list of participating properties with this offer, definitely save this to your card. Preferably to a Hilton credit card since you will also earn Hilton points for doing so!

- Curio
- Canopy
It will not work for brands like Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, and many other brands (though, in the past, people would buy gift cards at qualifying hotels and then use those to book rooms at non-qualifying properties – your milage may vary on this, though).
