This weekend was a busy one for me so I am trying to catch up now and turn out this summary post today instead of yesterday!

I am actually writing this from the beautiful new Park Hyatt Mallorca. This new Park Hyatt Resort just opened last Wednesday and I was able to get down here to check it out. Major review(s) coming but I will say this – absolutely gorgeous property with many great new elements to come! Also, it is an amazing value!
