Getting the Offer
Log in to your American Express account and scroll down to the bottom. You will see Amex Offers & Benefits. Select it and add the offer to your card. Make sure you make note of which card you save it to.
To maximize it, add the offer to separate cards, simply login to your American Express account and then choose to duplicate the tab (if using Google Chrome) as many times as you have cards. Once they are all open, select a different Amex card in each tab and select to save the offer to the card.
Make sure you save these offers as soon as you can – using the tip above to maximize – as they are limited enrollment and when they are gone, they are gone! Even if they disappear, as long as you have saved the offer, you are all set.
On Twitter
This offer is not available on all of my cards online but is available via Twitter. To add this offer to your card, you will need to sync your Amex card by going to this page and then adding your Amex card info. After that, all you need to do is to tweet out the deal with the hashtag. In this case, you would send #amexhilton to register that particular card for this offer.

While it is only for Hilton hotel properties and only in the US, it is still a really good deal if you have some trips coming up! Combine this with Diamond status (if you have received that) and it is a really good way to experience some elite status!
Combining Offers For $110 In Savings
If you received the offer from the other day of $50 back on $250 or more at hotels (or $25 back on $100 in some cases), you can use the same card for this Hilton stay (make sure you save both offers to your card). This will let you save $110 on a $300 stay at a Hilton! That is really a good deal!
