  • I love Briggs and Riley. I’ve been slowly replacing my bags over the years.
    I’ve had my 28 inch checked luggage repaired a few times already in the last 16 years. It really doesn’t get much better than that. The last time was a pretty major damage when the corner broke so they just fixed it and sent it back to me.
