The 2019 Daily Getaways are about to begin! The starting date is May 6, 2019 and the deals each day will post at 1PM ET. They will run all the way through June 4, 2019.

New this year: 10^th ANNIVERSARY SWEEPSTAKES – 2019 is a milestone year for Daily Getaways, marking the 10^th year of the U.S. Travel Association’s initiative to make travel across America more affordable.

While not every Daily Getaway item is something that I will be writing about (as I try to only write about the items that would be of general interest to readers here), I did want to share this look at the first 3 weeks of Daily Getaway deals.

And there you have it! Many of them are similar to last years. There are things like the rental car deals that are always popular as is the Orbitz promo code (but which comes with many restrictions).

Then there are things like the Wyndham points. I am surprised they are the same price this year as last year as Wyndham as really reduced their overall value with their new tiered award chart. Also, the IHG points are not that interesting since there are pretty regular sales that give us points at that point.

As in years past, I will be writing an analysis post for each deal that I believe is really useful so you can have another opinion before you push the buy button. 🙂
