Today, the giveaway will be for Gogo in-flight internet passes. There will be 5 codes given away – so 5 different winners will each receive one code. These codes will be e-mailed to the winners and you will need to have a Facebook account to “like” Gogo to use them. These codes expire 6/2014. These codes are valid for the flight pass or any single-use GOGO product.

I wish I could say that I like to run but I don’t. I do love to walk.
Not sure if jogging counts, but that is my preferred mode of exercise…1.4 miles/day (when the temperature is at least 50 degrees F. — I’m a fair weather jogger, I guess).
I love my morning run! Just under three miles a day before I head into work.

Had to lot of fun doing the Rock n Roll races this year. Thinking of getting the Tour Pass again, but hesitating a bit because of the higher price & per-race fee.

Try out the FitBit products to help analyze your running/walking. I wear the writstband “Flex”, and sync with my PC every morning. It will sync with some Android smartphones as well. A great motivation tool.
No boasting about running a 5k from me today! Though I did walk to and from work today, so that’s something.
The best walking weather around here can be had on brisk autumn days, and those are all but gone now …
