New SPG Auction For Private Jet Flight, Launch of Brand New Suite, and More

An interesting SPG Moments auction popped up today that has some interesting value in the experiences department. However, because Jamie Foxx is part of the experience, I would imagine there will be some that will pay a lot of Starpoints for this auction.

Here are the details about what is included with this SPG moments auction:

• Access for two (2) to a brunch party with Jamie Foxx at the W New York – Times Square on Friday, 15 September 2017
• Access for two (2) to a Jetlux private jet flight with Jamie Foxx from New York to Boston
• Access for two (2) to the W Boston Extreme WOW Suite Launch
• Access for two (2) to a Jetlux private jet flight from Boston to New York

SPG will be launching a renovated suite, the Extreme WOW suite, at the W Boston during this timeframe. I imagine, from the name of the suite and that they got a celebrity to be in attendance, that this is going to be quite the amazing suite – and probably with a price to match! It already looked pretty amazing before the renovation.

Here are the details for the auction itself:

• End Date: 1 Sep 2017 – 11:00 AM EDT
• Starting Bid: 1,000 Starpoints
• Bid Increment: 500 Starpoints
• Current High Bid:  31,000 Starpoints (at the time of this post)

I would definitely be interested in it if it didn’t include a celebrity. 🙂 The reason for that is that I think the inclusion of one will jack up the price over what the experience itself would go for, and I would highly value the hotel suite reveal and flights for themselves.
