The Apple Watch Series 5 is not even shipping yet and already Amazon has it on sale for various models! From $15 to $50 off on the higher end, check out the sale!

The new Apple Watch Series 5 is not due to arrive on shelves or in homes for another couple of days but that has not stopped Amazon from putting their buying/selling power to work with discounts! The discounts are small and sporadic but definitely check Amazon if you want the best price on the new Apple Watch Series 5!

I am going to put links below for the 40mm, the 44mm, and the cellular models. But, the pricing on the various models has been shifting and also moving from model to model so definitely check out the different watches with each link. I have seen $15 off the WiFi versions and as much as $50 off the cellular models over the last couple of days.

Is the Apple Watch Series 5 a Good Buy?

While I appreciate the always-on display from the Apple Watch Series 5, I honestly do not think that Apple went far enough with this year’s watch. Because of that, it is not a surprise to me that they dropped the Series 4 immediately instead of discounting it. If they had discounted it, the Series 4 would have been the Apple Watch I would have recommended.

Still, if you want the larger display Apple Watch, the Series 5 is the only one that Apple sells now that has it (the Series 3 is at the awesome starting price of $199 now but has the older 42mm and 38mm displays.). So, I would say that, in that respect, since the Series 5 is the same price as the Series 4 that it is a good buy if that is what you want.

Personally, I would suggest the Series 3 at the starting price of $199 for anyone that does not want things like the ECG capability or always-on display (or, what I think is great for travelers, the international emergency dialing on the LTE Series 5 models). But, if you are not in a hurry, I would suggest you even hold off on the Series 3 for now as that watch had seen frequent sales before and I would guess we will see it even lower by Thanksgiving.
