I realize that some people may not consider something like the Comfort Inn or Comfort Suites for your normal stays, but I am happy to see American Express having these in their offers. It is good because many of us use our points for the more aspirational properties but there are times that we need to stay in chains we do not typically stay. In those instances, it is great to have an Amex Offer that can work for you!

Right now, they have a promo ongoing that will give you a free night if you stay twice. A stay is one night or more so you will only get one stay covered by this Amex Offer but it is nice to think about if you value that free night for a future stay.
