This is the last day for this Kickstarter! These are scheduled to go out in November, which is perfect timing for anyone traveling for holidays! Plus, these should be great for anytime you need to put stuff in a bag, not just for travel! I will have a review of these soon so look for that!
Last Chance: Back the BluffCubes and Save!
There is something that Bluffworks does very well – they take a product (like a pair of pants) that has been around for years with little innovation and they come up with their own version that is perfect for travelers and everyday use. In short, they know what works for travelers and they are not afraid to innovate to provide a new twist to a standard product.

I am an affiliate of Bluffworks but have decided to stop using affiliate links for the last few months to make sure they get all the money they can. As a small business that has a market towards travelers, I want them to continue to succeed and I know every little bit counts so there are no affiliate links in this post.
Even as I type this, I am wearing a complete Bluffworks outfit as they have taken over my closet. 🙂 I do not just wear their clothing for travel (though, it is the ultimate travel clothing, in my opinion) but for everyday use. It is that trust in their products that have me eager to try out their next foray into the travel realm – BluffCubes, a new kind of compression packing cubes.
For the traveler that likes to go carry-on-only, packing the right way is essential to get the most out of the space. Packing cubes can help a lot with that but most packing cubes are all the same. The new BluffCubes go a different direction where to deliver a product that will compress with however much gear/clothing you have in there – you don’t need to fill it first.
The BluffCubes
These should be great for travel, to be sure, but also for just going out and about when space is at a premium. They have two main designs – the Pro and the Sport. Here is more information on each of them.
Other than color differences (the Pro only comes in gray while the Sport comes in 5 colors), the main difference would be that the Pro provides a little more structure to help it retain its shape while the Sport can be bent/folded how you need it to be.
The Price
Head over to the Kickstarter page to see all the prices (there is a discount for Kickstarter backers) but, in short, the cheapest set will be the BluffCube Sport set. It gives you a large and small cube. The large offers 10.5 liter capacity while the small sits at 3.9 liter. The cost for this set is $38.
To move up to the Pro with the same sizes, you are going to pay $45. From there, you can go all the way up to $150 if you want 3 of the large and 6 of the small, perfect for a family.
I will be getting some of these, like some of the Pro and Sport, and will definitely give a review of these. I have some travel this fall (they are estimated to be delivered in November of this year) so will put something together after I have had a chance to give them a try.
Bottom Line
I know that not many are traveling right now but this was still a good time to launch a travel product. Those of us that like/love to travel are itching to travel again and getting little accessories like this to plan ahead is a great way to satisfy a little bit of that urge!
