The other day, I announced that Running with Miles was sponsoring one lucky runner with a guaranteed, complimentary entry into the 2016 Chicago Marathon! How To Get A Guaranteed, Complimentary Entry If You Don’t Win
The lottery for the 2016 Chicago Marathon ends on April 12. If you are chosen in the lottery, you will pay the fee of $185 (for US residents) or $210 (for non-US residents). If you want a guaranteed entry and you do not win the giveaway, there is still a way to do that! I have partnered in this effort with the American Liver Foundation and they have a pretty great program set up to get you in, help you train, and do some good! Here is what they offer:
- Guaranteed Entry into the Bank of America Chicago Marathon (must complete 4 stage registration process by April 12th at 4 PM CST)

Runners must sign a Participant Waiver confirming they will raise at least $1,250 to join the team if they register by April 12, 2016 or $1,500 if they register after.

So, even if you do not win the guaranteed entry that I will draw for tonight, you can still sign-up to help in this effort. You will get everything above and will need to raise a minimum of $1,250. Remember, if you received entry through the lottery, you would be paying at least $185 for the race registration. This way, you could contribute some of that money to the charity and raise the rest! Plus, you get a lot of other benefits.
