Insta360 is rolling out some great deals on most of their cameras, including discounts that are the first offered on those cameras. Having owned all the cameras that I will write about here, I can tell you that they are some of the most ingenious cameras for capturing content in ways that other cameras just can’t or doing it in with more features than the competitors.

360 Degree Cameras
Insta360 had started with the 360 degree camera market and they have continued to dominate it over the years, enough that competitors are aiming to release cameras that will also be more in this space but Insta360 has a huge edge. That edge includes things like a fantastic app to edit with and great battery life, both are things that are what they are today because of continual development over the years so they will be hard to match out of the gate.
The Insta360 X4 is the model from last year and is still an awesome camera to capture 360 degree footage. This deal has it for 30% off, which makes it a very convincing buy. That brings the price to $349. This camera was the first one to offer better low light performance as well as a larger sensor from its predecessor.
If you can go up in price, the Insta360 X5 is certainly a great buy. This is new this year and I have been using it more as of late. This is the first time it has had a discount so it is a great time to buy. One of the key differences over the X4 is user replaceable lenses. For anyone that has used a 360 camera before, you know the pain when one of those producing lenses gets scratched as that has normally meant a trip and a replacement cost to Insta360 to make it as good as new. Now, you can do it yourself with their at-home kit plus the lens is way more durable.
Also, it has more processor speed which allows for things like PureVideo magic in low light as well as better battery life.
Action Cameras
While the 360 cameras are certainly action cameras as well, the “action” camera marking is something that people think more of as virtually indestructible and the camera to use to keep your smartphone safe.
Insta360 has two different action cameras that are both different and fantastic. The Insta360 GO 3S is new from last year and its unique form factor makes it a great choice for grab-and-go content creation as well as using it to capture video in some previously inaccessible places. This is 20% off and the first time it has seen a sale like this.
The Insta360 Ace Pro 2 is my favorite action, packing an awesome display that flips up and down for viewing from all angles you could imagine in addition to 8K recording and great, smart features. This camera is durable and comes with a larger battery than its predecessor. This one is available for just $329.
The original Insta360 Ace Pro is also available, a great choice if you don’t want to spend $329 for the 2. The sale price on this is $239, a $90 savings from the Pro 2. The Pro 2 brought some nice upgrades but if you are looking for the best value to get you into the action camera world, I would go with this.
Other Insta360 Deals
Insta360 recognizes that most people have smartphones and want to keep their content creation as simple as possible – that normally means recording right on your smartphone. Enter the Insta360 Flow Pro 2. This gimbal integrates perfectly with your iPhone for native tracking in iOS apps. It is on sale for $152, a 15% discount.
As long as Insta360 is killing it with cameras, they had figured why not go for the Zoom meeting angle? That brought the Insta360 Link 2C webcam. I own this one as well and it is awesome. It streams great video and works well in low-light settings as well. Plus, it has a physical switch on the side to close the shutter of the camera so you know you have privacy when you need it. This is on sale at a great price of $99, a 33% discount.
