While many of the hotels we stay in allow us to get some good workouts in their gyms, it is also good to have a decent setup at home to workout with. I realize that gyms and health clubs offer some pretty great deals now so it can make the necessity of a home gym less of thing. However, there are circumstances where having some equipment at home still makes sense. In fact, even when I belonged to a gym, I still had Bowflex Selectech gear at home to get some basic stuff in.
These two Bowflex home gyms look to be some great deals – and only for today! Having using Bowflex gear before, I am a fan.
