Amazon’s Deal of the Day is for a pair of Panasonic Bluetooth Wireless Water Resistant Sport Headphones. It is a behind the head design and is on sale for $69 (down from a retail price of $199, but likely a more regular price of $141). This is being sold by Woot, fulfilled by Amazon (I have ordered deals like this before and had no problems with them).

This sounds good for reselling, but the problem that I have in doing this…it’s an electronic device and what if the customer returns it? How would you do it?
I always put something in auctions that it is being sold new and in the packaging. If it is opened, I will not refund the money. eBay still will make me take it back if it is defective but that language keeps most people from trying. If it is defective, I always sell within the return period to Amazon (or whatever store) and I just return it.
