Not everyone needs or wants noise cancelling headphones that cost over $200. For many people, it is great to find a great deal on a pair of noise cancelling headphones that just mute the sound around us a bit and this deal for Anker Life Q30 noise cancelling headphones could be what you are looking for!

I wrote a review last year on the cheaper Anker Q20 noise cancelling headphones at the $50 mark and now we have the better version, the Anker Life Q30, on sale today for just $59!
If you are not familiar with Anker, they make some of the best portable power solutions around. Not only that, but they also make my favorite portable video projector ever and they also have quite a few options in the audio department as well, with earbuds, speakers, and headphones.
Let me say right away – if you think these are going to compete with something like the Apple AirPods Max, you will be disappointed. There is a reason those cost 9 times what these cost right now (probably 4 times of that is the “Apple tax” 🙂 ). But, if you want a nice pair of noise cancelling headphones for your occasional trip or for around the home or office, this could be exactly what you are looking for.
For starters, it has battery life that competes with the big boys from Sony and Bose with up to 40 hours of playtime. It also offers hi-resolution sound and a more comfortable fit than the Q20 headphones (which is good because that was my biggest complaint about them).
Another thing it has that puts it in the Sony/Bose category of features is multipoint connection. This is great for the person who wants to listen on their phone but maybe wants to switch over to their tablet or laptop – it can do that easily enough!
Lastly, it has one thing that Apple does not even offer – customization to the EQ with the Anker app. This is great if you want to tweak it for the best sound it can deliver for your kind of music.
The regular price is even great for noise cancelling headphones – $89 – but at the sale price of $59, this is definitely something you want to take a look at. I will be buying a pair to review so if you hold off for now, check back in a couple of weeks to see what I think of them in person! If you want to look at what I thought of their cheaper brother, check out that review here.
