Here are the Cyber Monday deals on the gear that I use for travel and running! I have traveled over 100,000 miles and run 2,000 miles a year with this gear.

Over the years, I have tried out a lot of different things for my running and travel routines to find what works best for me. That doesn’t mean it will necessarily work for you but these are the things that I love and use all the time – at least, the things that are on sale today.

So, here is a rundown of what I use for travel and running and then you can find the Amazon boxes below for things that are available on Amazon.

Travel

Bags

For my travel backpack, I use my Peak Design bag almost on every trip and for everyday use. This bag works great for me because I do like to bring my camera gear along when traveling.

Recently, I had an issue with some stuff not “sticking” to the inside as well anymore – and they replaced it without any problems! One more reason to enjoy the brand! I also have a Peak Design 10L Sling and recently a Peak Design 35L Travel Duffel. These are on sale for up to 30% off.

Clothes

For my travel clothes (and everyday clothes), I am a huge fan of Bluffworks. They have a sale that ends soon and is up to 50% off their clothes.

Travel Tech

I use a ton of Anker charging accessories – pretty much all the time! Here are some of those items on sale that I almost never leave home on a trip without:

For cameras, I normally bring a few with me. I have my “big” camera that I use for the professional side of things (so it definitely isn’t something that most people will buy!) but it is probably the best hybrid camera around. It is the Canon R5C and has a dual operating system to go between cinema and photography with the flip of a switch. For video, it does an up to outstanding 8K at 60 fps and things like 4K at 120fps and it does in a beautiful color. For photos, it has a 45 megapixel sensor which is great for taking photos of things like airplanes from a ways away. 🙂 I also travel with my Canon 15-35mm f2.8 lens.

For smaller stuff, I will use my iPhone but I also travel with an action camera (I have used the GoPro HERO 12 – which is at a great price right now) which is now my Insta360 Ace Pro. Since this literally came out less than a week ago, there isn’t a sale on that yet. But, I also travel with my Insta360 X3 360 degree camera which is awesome for travel and is on sale!

For my headphones, I have my awesome Bose 700 noise cancelling headphones. These things work great and are very comfortable for travel and for my video editing.

I also never go anywhere without my iPad Pro. It is a few years old and is still powerful enough for anything I need it for – whether it is for blogging (which even the basic iPad could do well) or for photo editing. It does it all! I have it paired with the Apple Magic Keyboard which makes blogging so much easier. Oh, and it is the 5G model so I can access the internet from anywhere in the world, thanks to my Google Fi data SIM.

Running

As I have said before, I run almost exclusively in Under Armour and they have some awesome deals today (no, they don’t pay me to say it – but they should! 🙂 ).

For shoes, I have been an ASICS guy since I started running. I am currently on the ASICS Kayano 29 – which is the last year’s model. The reason I always run in a shoe a year old or more is that they can be often had for close to 50% off the regular pricing of the new ones!

Rakuten is paying out 15% cash back on ASICS and you can get 25% off a wide range of shoes at ASICS so check it out! This would bring my Kayano 29 shoes from the old price of $160 down to a price (after rakuten) of just $65!

I always run with my SPIbelt to hold my keys and phone. They have a special sale on for 25% off all orders over $50, 30% off all orders over $100 and 35% off all orders over $150. I have several different belts that I use. *I am a SPIbelt ambassador but this is not an affiliate link*

Watches! I currently run in the Garmin Epix Pro 47mm sapphire model. This watch is just amazing! It is durable, has super long battery life, and works just perfect for my routines.

My running earbuds are the Beats Fit Pro. I used to use cheap $10 Sony earbuds that worked great – except that I had to replace them once a year because of corrosion due to sweat. But, when phone manufacturers removed the headphone jack, I had to go bluetooth. These are great! I also use them for everyday use.

I recently received a new headlamp that I used for my 100 mile race. It is amazing! So bright and the battery lasts forever! It is from Fenix and you can get 20% off during their sale. It is the Fenix HM65R-T. Use code BFCM2023 at checkout to save 20%.

Summary

And those are the things that are on sale for Cyber Monday that I regularly use for travel and running! Yeah, it is a lot of stuff and you certainly don’t need any of it. But, I have been able to put this stuff together over the years through some serious stacking deals, sales, gift cards and bargaining so I never pay retail (or even close to it). But, I thought it may be good to put it all out there so you can know what I have used and found dependable for someone who has traveled over 100,000 miles a year and runs over 2,000 miles a year.

Also, if you buy through some of my links, I get a commission which helps to buy more gear! 🙂 So, thank you for that!
