Even if you are a Mac user, Microsoft Office can be incredibly useful. At just a net cost of $50 for a year’s worth of access (that can be shared with up to 6 users), this Microsoft Office is a deal you should definitely consider.

This is a downloaded version of Office and it does not appear to be an auto-renewal and is processed directly through Amazon (so it is not likely to be something you can add on to a current Office subscription).

Paying an annual subscription for office is not a good deal even at $49. There are many free options such as Open Office or if you own a Mac they have Pages and Numbers free, if you must use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint by a perpetual license for $120 on Amazon and it’s is good for life, it makes no sense for a consumer to rent a word processor and spreadsheet that’s functions the same way it did a decade ago.
