There are some offers for an additional 10% cash back and other opportunities to earn points (including earning 5 Ultimate Reward points per dollar). I was able to add their high-end ZJet running shoes (regularly $129.99) to my cart and, with the discount and sale, the price came down to $56.99. If you purchased two pairs of those particular shoes with your Amex card (that has the offer saved to it), you would be able to get 2 pairs of running shoes that normally would total $260 for a total of $89 – a savings of $171!
