This week, shopping portal giant Rakuten is offering 15% cash back (or 15X Amex points if you have linked your Amex Membership Reward earning cards to Rakuten and selected Amex points) at hundreds of stores. But, they are also running what they call a “VIP Access” deal for 20% back – today only!

I am not sure if this is open to all members or just select members so that is why I listed it as up to 20%. I know that this morning I saw that I have 100+ retailers offering 20% cash back (or, for me since I selected this, 20X Amex points).
