Turkish Airlines has now canceled all flights to the 127 countries they serve. These routes are expected to start flying again from April 17 and later.

Turkish Airlines flies to more countries than any other airline in the world and they offer that from a very centrally located hub. They are a really great airline that I have flown dozens of times and thoroughly enjoy flying with them. As of this past weekend, they have now canceled flights to all 127 countries they serve.

Turkish Airlines Has Now Canceled All International Flights

I had been keeping this post updated with cancellations to various countries about Turkish Airlines. They were the only consistent airline to offer service from European countries to the US – that is, until they stopped serving 9 European countries.

Then, last week, Turkish said they would only continue flying to 5 international destinations but they have since stepped even that back and stopped all international flights until April 17. Some cities are canceled even beyond that but that is the date when they are scheduled to start flying again to cities like Washington, DC and New York.

Your Turkish Airlines Flight Canceled?

So, if you had a flight with Turkish Airlines in the next 3 weeks, time to talk to them about your situation. They are now allowing you to put in from your booking that you want a refund – you need to fill out a form for that.

Otherwise, you can take advantage of one of the most generous change policies out there. You can find more in this post but basically, you get to fly to any city they serve in the same region as the original trip and there is no change of fare to pay!
