For anyone with an Apple device, their earbuds (like the Apple AirPods) are awesome to use. It is not that they are better than the other earbuds around or that they offer more customization (they don’t) than others but it is how seamless they work with Apple devices that make them worth getting. Thanks to a special chip in the Apple AirPods, you are able to more seamlessly switch between Apple devices when you are using them. This means that you can be using your phone and then set that down and turn to your computer and easily have it switch to the Mac.
Plus, with some models (like the AirPods 3rd Generation and the AirPods Pro), you get a magnetic charging case that means you can simply drop the case on your magnetic charger wherever that may be. I will say that the better deal, between those two mentioned, is going to the the AirPods Pro since they are currently on sale for just $5 more than the 3rd gen basic AirPods.
The AirPods Pro are the latest which means it comes with the magnetic charging case. The AirPods Pro offer active noise cancellation which means these make great earbuds to use for normal lifestyle use as well as any situation where you want to have noise cancellation. I think there are better noise cancelling earbuds (like the Bose QuietComfort earbuds) but, again, Apple does give you a really nice device that works easily with all Apple products and takes up a very small profile in your pocket.
