This offer works for all Southwest credit cards and it grants those primary cardholders the opportunity, for one day only, to earn 50 Southwest Rapid Reward points per dollar on Southwest purchases. This promotion is capped at a total of $100 in total purchases and those purchases must be made directly with Southwest.

Yes, that does say “gift card” so that is a great way to go if you want to take advantage of this promotion to earn 5,000 bonus points but you don’t have a flight to book tomorrow. One thing to note is that this does not include point purchases because those are handled by points.com.
These bonus points do count towards the Southwest Companion Pass which is great for anyone trying to earn that! The promotion does have a certain timeframe when these purchases work so make sure you make your purchase with your Southwest credit card between 12:00 AM ET and 11:59PM ET on June 11, 2021 to earn the 50 points per dollar.
