The YiuTeung Mansion in China is around $140 a night and a Category 3 so not a killer point deal. The Movich Casa del Alferez in Colombia can actually be had for as low as $86 some nights so it would be a good hotel to book with cash if you want to earn Hyatt nights and points.
The CasaSur Recoleta in Argentina is a better value for the free night certificate since it is averaging around $250 per night. The Hotel Les Bords de Mer can be over $300 in summer months so another great option. The Al Mashreq Boutique Hotel fluctuates between $170 and over $250 so check the dates to find the best use there.
The Outpost Hotel in Singapore is a pretty stable mid $200s property with the Sukhothai Bangkok going back and forth between $170s and $230s. Lastly, the Tomtom Suites in Turkey are right around the $200 number. For Istanbul, you may also want to consider using your certificate at the Grand Hyatt Istanbul.
