There are a large number of fitness and running apps available for smartphones. One of the big ones is the MapMyRun app that combines GPS, tracking functions, and social connections among other things. For the next day or so, the Pro version of the app is on sale for $.99 down from $2.99. Obviously, not a big price-drop but I have had people ask me about this app and the website before so I thought it may help some of you who are always seeking a better running app. Check out the app in the Google Play store or the iOS App Store to get it for $.99!
