Now, this part can go a couple of ways. TopCashBack says that only approved codes will count but I have used codes that were on the front page of retailers all the time and never had a problem. But, smack in the middle of the eBags home page is a code VACAY. This will take 15% off a lot of stuff (not certain brands like Tumi).

Remember, the Amex Offer is on the Amex end so it will not affect your TopCashBack or final price on eBags.
