American Express is bringing 2021 in with some strong Amex Offers for free money and this is starting out with their personal Platinum cardholders – well, some of them anyway! If you have a personal American Express Platinum card, take a quick moment to see if you have one of these offers!
Great New Amex Offers for Personal Amex Platinum Cardholders
This deal I saw today from Greg at Frequent Miler. It is for shopping online at Best Buy or Home Depot. Unfortunately, only American Express Platinum cards opened before November 1, 2020 will be eligible for this offer. Not all cards opened before that will be eligible either.
The Amex Offers
For both Best Buy and Home Depot, here is how these offers work (remember that you must save them to your Platinum card before using them!):
- Spend $50 or more and get $50 back, up to 2 timex (for a total of $100 back)
- Online only
- Must use by June 30, 2021 (quickly save it to your account, you can always use it after that)
- Account must have been active by November 1, 2020.
Be careful about gift cards – physical gift cards may work but e-gift cards won’t since they are charged by a third-party site.
These are great offers and easy ways to get some free money if you were going to spend at these retailers anyway!
