Amazon has made a nice deal for those who may have made a fitness resolution for 2016 – the LifeSpan TR1200i Folding Treadmill. While gym membership prices have come down over the last few years, some still prefer to workout in the comfort of their own home. With the right setup, it can be done easily and with less excuses (too snowy to drive to the gym!). When I had my treadmill, it was in my basement/garage. I had a tablet holder on it and could watch baseball games and football games while running. I also had “my” bathroom 50 feet from me. It sure makes it easy to stay in one place for several hours during a long workout!
Deal of the Day: LifeSpan TR1200i Folding Treadmill
Anyway, the treadmill for Amazon’s Gold Box Deal of the Day is another LifeSpan and it is a cheaper alternative to the ones they have offered over the last few months. The TR3000i was one of the last ones offered and it was at $999 on sale. This is the LifeSpan 1200i and is on sale today only for $799. With the ability to fold, it should be able to fit anywhere and then drop it down when you are ready to use it. Amazon says it is 50% off, but that is retail. The next closest price from another retailer is $899, but that one also charges $100+ in shipping. With Amazon, you do not pay shipping on this very heavy item (though you do need to set a drop-off day and time).

This treadmill has received a lot of positive reviews, both from professional sites and regular users. It should be a good treadmill if you are in the market for one. I had an economic model myself and put over 1,000 miles on it one year. It worked exceptionally well so do not let a lower priced model turn you away from it.
