I highly doubt the regular price on the Delsey bags is anywhere near the retail price. Likely, they are a couple/few hundred off the regular price so still good deals! One of the best carryon bags I ever had was made by Ricardo by Delsey. I paid like $40 for it and it lasted me about 6 years of hard carry-on use so I know they can make quality gear!
