Amazon Payments has been an incredible tool for people to earn up to 1,000 miles or points a month at no fee. All you had to do was use a points earning credit card to send a payment to another person and you could form a circle of people paying each other with up to $1,000 in payments per month. This has been going on for several years and the day has finally come when that easy practice will be over. Might this be the first casualty of the new Apple Pay system?
Thanks to Amazon’s updated terms and conditions, we see that it will no longer be possible to send payments to other individuals after October 13. The bad news is that the easy way of earning 1,000 miles/points will be over soon. The good news is that you can still do it for the months of September and October so you can earn 2,000 more miles/points before the gravy train ends. If you have cards that you needed to get the minimum spend done on, target those cards first and get it done!
I am having issues sending $1000 this morning, anyone else having the same issue?
