Over the years, I have owned many pieces of refurb gear from a bunch of manufacturers and two manufacturers I always trust to do it right and stand by their gear are Bose and Garmin. I have owned refurbs from Bose before and can tell you I always had great experiences with them. One time, I did have a malfunction with something and Bose had new earbuds in the mail the same day.
