Travel Deal: JetBlue Mystery Savings

JetBlue sent out e-mails this morning for one of their fall promotions. Since September/October/November tend to be slower months for flying, Jetblue will typically send out promos that try to “help” you fly. This is one of them – the Jetblue Mystery Savings

a blue and white website

They sent out codes that were one-time use, but they also sent some that were re-useable – in amounts of $20, $30, and $50. This becomes very useful because you can book one-ways using those codes and do that for each person that needs to fly. The amount off is off of the base fare and it will not take off more than that. So, for example, I purchased a ticket to NYC which came out to a total of $15, even though there was still $4 left on the coupon. That $15 was just taxes. Pretty good!

You have to book them through 9/14 at 11:59PM and it is for travel from 9/14 – 11/7. I booked a couple of flights with the re-useable code but am still waiting to use the one I got – it is worth $300! I’m pretty excited about that and trying to find the best use for it.

So, how can you make use of this? If you did not get an e-mail from JetBlue (because you never signed up for offers from them), you can use one of the following codes (as given in this Slickdeals thread) at this page and enter it in the promo box at the bottom. This could come in VERY handy for the NYC marathon – using these codes, I could find flights from my airport for a total of $30! Not bad!

Here are the codes:

$20 REUSABLE CODE:
56DB2A24
59CK4A29

$30 REUSABLE CODE:
3QK3F4W2
3387KB32

$50 REUSABLE CODE:
8W2DQ3S4

Have fun and let me know if you can think of any interesting ways I could use my $300 off Jetblue mystery savings code!
