• Continental U.S. travel valid November 9, 2021 through March 9, 2022.
  • Inter-island Hawaii and travel continental U.S. to/from Hawaii valid November 9, 2021 through December 15, 2021, and January 5 through March 9, 2022.
  • Travel to/from San Juan, Puerto Rico valid November 9 through December 9, 2021, and January 10 through March 9, 2022.
