And the Winner of the Kindle Fire Giveaway Is…

Kindle Fire Giveaway
Written by Charlie

Last week, I held a giveaway of an Amazon Kindle Fire to start the celebration of Running with Miles turning two. In order to enter the giveaway, participants had to state what they would like to see from the blog in 2014.

Let me tell you – you all did a great job! Seriously, there were a lot of excellent ideas! It is a big help to see what some of the readership likes to read about so I can be a help to you in those areas. By far, the biggest request (32 times) was for more trip reports. That is great to hear! I do have some races coming up this year so will be having more trip reports highlighting those. There are many bloggers that do excellent reviews of flight products and hotels so I will not try to just repeat what they have to offer. Instead, I will do my best to have more trip reports that bring the whole trip into perspective – the booking, the travel, the stays, the destination, and the race. Hopefully, 2014 will see me being able to offer a lot more helpful of a resource to all the readers and the additional readers.

Speaking of resource, I will be working hard over the next few weeks to provide more resource pages to the blog. So, stay tuned!

Anyway, on to the winner of the Amazon Kindle Fire! It is Jimmy with his comment for “Trip reports are always good!”

Thanks to everyone who participated and stay tuned for another big giveaway this week!
