United’s award sale is now open to all and good for travel from the US to Europe or the reverse. This is a great chance to pay only 45,000 miles roundtrip to Europe!

Last week, I wrote about the new United award sale to Europe. It was not announced on their website and it turned out it was only for elite members and credit cardholders (which are basically the same thing to the airlines!).

Save up to 15,000 miles for award travel to Europe with this United award sale!

This is a nice way to get to Europe this winter with your United miles! As always, make sure you check the cash price as well to see if that is a better route. But, it would have to be a pretty cheap ticket to compete with these, even with the taxes. If you are flying out of a hub, it might be cheaper with cash but otherwise, miles are likely the best way to go.
